Refunds, Cancellations & Withdrawal Rights

Our policy

We do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind or unused program access, except where required by applicable law.

This does not affect rights relating to billing errors, non-delivery, defective content or services not provided as agreed.

The base program is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.

You can cancel future check-in renewals through My Profile → Billing & Purchases or leilagcoaching@gmail.com. Cancellation of future payments is separate from a statutory withdrawal or refund request.

Statutory withdrawal

Depending on your location and purchase, you may have a statutory cooling-off period.

EU/EEA consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, subject to applicable rules and exceptions.

For qualifying digital content, this right may end once immediate supply begins only when the required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been obtained.

Personal services are subject to different conditions. Requesting work to begin immediately does not automatically eliminate all withdrawal rights. Where legally permitted, a proportionate amount may be payable for service already provided following an express request.

Personalization alone does not automatically exclude a service from statutory withdrawal rights.

Making a request

Contact leilagcoaching@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision and information identifying the purchase. You do not need to provide a reason for exercising a statutory withdrawal right.

Where applicable, use the withdrawal form under My Profile → Billing & Purchases [PROCESS SUBJECT TO LEGAL REVIEW].

Where a statutory refund is due, we will issue it within the applicable legal deadline using the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed.
