Business and scope

These Terms apply to purchases and use of the website and members' area operated by LG Health & Performance LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

The services are intended for adults aged 18 or over.

The description and price shown when you purchase form part of your agreement with us. Your order confirmation identifies the services purchased and the applicable access or service dates.

Training program

The base program is a standardized, self-guided training program with the exercise demonstrations, tracking tools and general nutrition resources described at purchase.

It does not include personal monitoring, individualized coaching, a personalized nutrition plan or weekly feedback unless separately purchased.

Access lasts 84 days from confirmed payment, unless a different start date is agreed at checkout to meet applicable requirements. The exact expiry date is shown in your account.

The program does not renew automatically. At expiry, paid program content is locked. Account-management access remains available, subject to the Privacy Policy and retention arrangements.

Choosing not to use the program does not automatically pause or extend access. This does not affect remedies available where we fail to supply the purchased service.

Repeat purchases do not overwrite retained training history. The start date of any additional access period must be clearly stated before purchase.

Personalized nutrition plan

This service includes one personalized nutrition plan based on your completed questionnaire.

It does not include continuing plan adjustments, monthly updates, weekly check-ins or ongoing nutrition coaching.

Please provide complete and accurate information, including relevant preferences, allergies and dietary restrictions.

The agreed delivery method and timeframe are shown before purchase: the plan is delivered privately inside your account within five business days after successful payment and receipt of a complete questionnaire, and we email you when it is ready. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays, in the America/New_York time zone.

If essential questionnaire information is missing, we will request it before completing the plan. Any resulting delivery change will be communicated.

The exclusion of ongoing adjustments does not remove rights to correction or other remedies if the plan contains an error or fails to match the agreed service.

Weekly Check-ins

Each paid check-in period lasts 28 days and includes one structured check-in and written coach response during each of its four service weeks.

Service weeks are measured from the add-on start date. The submission windows are shown in your account.

At least 28 days of program access must remain when a paid period begins. Purchasing the add-on does not extend program access.

Check-ins do not include unlimited messaging, live calls or services sold separately through premium coaching.

Submit each check-in within its allocated window. Unused submissions do not automatically roll over, except where an applicable right or a failure to provide the service requires otherwise.

Response timeframe: a written response inside the members' area within two business days of submission (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays, America/New_York time zone).

A check-in submitted on time will receive its promised response even if the paid period ends while the response is pending.

Recurring billing and cancellation

Where you expressly authorize recurring check-ins, we charge $50 every 28 days, plus taxes as shown at checkout.

Renewal occurs only if another full 28-day period fits within your remaining program access. Otherwise, renewal stops automatically.

You are not automatically committed to three payments.

Cancel future renewals through My Profile → Billing & Purchases or leilagcoaching@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future charges; the current paid period remains available until its stated end date.

No new partial periods or prorated purchases are offered. This rule does not restrict refunds or adjustments required by law.

If payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend the unpaid service. An unrelated paid purchase will not be cancelled solely because an add-on payment fails.

Payment and order information

Payments are processed through Stripe. The currency, applicable taxes, total payable and any recurring-payment schedule are displayed before you confirm payment.

Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion or transaction charges.

Refunds and withdrawal

We do not offer discretionary refunds solely because you change your mind or choose not to use purchased access or services, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

This policy does not exclude statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for incorrect charges, non-delivery, defective content or services not provided as agreed.

Account and permitted use

Provide accurate account details and keep your login credentials confidential. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

Program materials may be used for your own training during the purchased access period. You may not commercially reproduce, redistribute or publicly upload them without permission, except where law permits.

We may reasonably restrict access to address fraud, security threats or material misuse. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it.

Health, suitability and results

Our services provide fitness and nutrition guidance within the scope of the purchased offer. They do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency support.

Use suitable equipment, follow the exercise instructions and choose a difficulty appropriate to your abilities. Seek qualified guidance where a health condition, injury or other circumstances affect participation.

Results vary. We do not guarantee a particular change in weight, appearance or performance.

Nothing in this section excuses a failure to provide the service with the care required by applicable law.

Progress photos and publication

You retain ownership of your progress photos. Private uploads are processed to provide the service and are not automatically available for marketing.

With your separate, optional consent and approval of specific images, LG Health & Performance LLC may publish before-and-after photos on its website and official social media accounts.

Your face will be fully cropped out or covered. Your name and contact details will not be published. Tattoos and other distinctive features may still make you recognizable.

We will not alter your body or exaggerate your results. Paid advertising requires separate permission.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or access. You can withdraw permission through My Profile → Privacy & Permissions or leilagcoaching@gmail.com. We will stop new use and remove the content from channels we control. Third-party copies and reshares may not be fully retrievable.

There is no payment for approved publication unless separately agreed.

Availability and changes

We aim to maintain reliable access and address technical problems promptly. Necessary maintenance or interruptions may occur.

We will not materially reduce a paid service through an unannounced policy update. If we cannot supply what was agreed, applicable remedies remain available.

Responsibility and governing law

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Florida law applies to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or court rights available in their country of residence.
